Warranty Information
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us to discuss the matter further and see returns. The individual warranty period varies from product to product and should you require information regarding an individual products warranty period please contact us.
Goods Developed a Fault (Warranty Claim): All goods supplied by FCP Solutions are from major and reputable worldwide aftermarket manufacturers and are covered by the respective manufacturer warranties. If the goods are found to be faulty within the manufacturer’s warranty period after delivery, you may reject them, please contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. After inspection of the returned goods you may claim a full refund or a replacement, this decision is entirely yours. All return freight costs will be at FCP Solutions expense given in the form of a refund. FCP Solutions reserves the right to reject claims of this nature if after investigation it is found the fault or condition is from misuse contrary to user instructions or packaging labels.
Manufacturers may require the inspection of the goods in question and / or details of its fitment where a warranty is made. Failure to give sufficient notification may result in the claim being rejected. Please refer to manufacturers web site for more specific warranty details or contact FCP Solutions for further guidance.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not accept any responsibility for damage arising from incorrect or unsuitable goods being fitted to any vehicle. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of any goods prior to purchase.
The use of aftermarket products does not in itself void your warranty as it is your express right to use them in the first place. It is however advisable to check if your vehicle is subject to an express manufacturer's warranty, we recommend that you carefully check the terms of that warranty to ensure that the installation of goods supplied by FCP Solutions does not affect the operation of the warranty. This is your responsibility – FCP Solutions does not make any representations about any express warranty on your vehicle.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.Generally speaking, those guarantees are as follows:
(a) that the goods are sold with clear title;
(b) that the goods are not subject to undisclosed securities;
(c) that the goods are fit for any disclosed purpose;
(d) that the goods match any sample or demonstration model.

Any goods purchased from FCP Solutions should be installed to manufacturer’s specifications, used and changed in accordance with the engine or equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.
